A global solution to increase sales effectiveness
Since 2003, Volvo CE train their global retail network’s sales and service skills using blended learning provided by Minerva.
Each participant is guided along an individual learning path based on global and regional development plans, specially adapted in co-operation with local managers. All planning and training activities are efficiently provided by and administered in the LMS. All classroom activities are coordinated by the Volvo’s global training centre.
